Balsamic Berries

It’s a gorgeous Saturday here in NY! How is it by you? I hope you’re enjoying your day by the pool or sitting by the AC πŸ˜‰ Today, I am breaking out a new recipe, and it’s one that I think you’ll enjoy to the max; Balsamic Berries!

For the Balsamic Berries you will need:
-About one cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries) but you can use whichever berry you like.
-1 tbsp water
-1 packet Truvia (you can also use a packet of sugar or any other sweetener you prefer)
-1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:

1. Wash and chop your berries

2. Place a small pot with the 1 tbsp of water over Medium heat. Once the water is boiling, place the berries in the pot and stir them around until they get softer

3. Once the berries are soft, add the packet of Truvia and the tablespoon of Balsamic Vinaigrette. Continue to stir the berries around and gently press them on the bottom and sides of the pot until you get a more liquidy consistency. I prefer my berry mix to have a few clumps of whole berries here and there.

We're Melllllltiiiinnnng!

4. When the berries are at the consistency you prefer, pour over a yogurt bowl or vanilla ice cream! I poured mine over a delicious bowl of 0% plain greek yogurt and cereal.

All together now!

This is what will happen…

Dunzo!

Enjoy πŸ™‚
