Well the kind people who work at Chef’s Diet offered to provide a give away for StephSnacks readers living in the Los Angeles and New York areas. You will receive one free day of delivered healthy whole foods! This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!

  6. I would love to try this Food for a few reasons. I am bored with the food I have been dieting with. I need some excitement ! The second reason is because I need to look good for my first vacation with my boyfriend ! The third reason is because I have heard such great things and it looks so delicious! The forth reason is because it would really help me since I am always rushing ! I work full time and I go to school full time. It’s not easy to prepare healthy quick meals all of the time ! I am now following you on twitter and I love all of your posts ! Ive been reading them for a long time now and ive taken so many great ideas from you! Youve been super helpful!Thank you!
