Hi and welcome to StephSnacks! My name is Steph and I blog all about fitness, food, and socializing in NYC. I am passionate about healthy living, eating well, working out, cosmetics, accessories, fashion, dogs (preferably little fluffy ones), music, wine, and being with my friends and family.
There was once a time when I struggled with an eating disorder, and after about three years of seeking the help I needed and getting back on track, I am fully recovered and just living my life day by day. I started StephSnacks as a way to open up and try to help others who may be struggling with an eating disorder. It IS possible to lose it all for a second and then get back on track. I am living proof that things can go really, really poorly for a long time and that you can turn it around. It’s not easy, but it’s possible. Not only is it possible, but it’s worth it.
